I received my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Physics from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia in 2014. I served as a math learning assistant for Calculus I and II, Linear Algebra, Finite Mathematics, The Art of Mathematical Thinking, and Multivariable Calculus while at Agnes Scott. During my studies there I became a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Vice President of Mortar Board. The summer before starting at KU, I participated in the IMMERSE program at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. I am currently working on my master's degree in mathematics at the University of Kansas. My research interests are in dynamical systems and differential equations. My advisor is Erik Van Vleck. Here I have taught College Algebra and Precalculus, and am currently teaching two laboratory sections of Calculus I. I served two semesters as the Gateway Coordinator.
