Rodolfo Torres has been appointed as an Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Studies and Vice President of the KU Center for Research. Professor Torres' research interests include harmonic analysis, partial differential equations, and signal analysis. He joined the KU faculty in 1996.
