Gateway: Old Exams

Every exam you've taken is recorded by Maple TA, and you can always go back and look at them. Here's how:

  1. Login to Maple TA;
  2. Click on the name of your class;
  3. Click on Gradebook (it's up in the bar where Next and Back usually are), and select View Past Results;
  4. Click on the Exam that you're interested [Practice, Online, or In-Lab] in the box under Assignment Name and click Submit;
  5. A list of your assignments of that type will appear at the bottom of the page;
  6. Clicking on the Details... link will show all of your answers, along with the correct answers;
  7. You can click on a different type of Exam and click Submit to see other exams you've taken.

Maple TA only displays one way of writing the answer, and there are often lots of them. Sometimes the answer shown is more or less simplified than the one you gave, and that's OK. Maple TA only marks the answer wrong if they are mathematically different.

If you have any questions or problems, let us know at gateway-help@math.ku.edu and we'll get back to you.
